What is iGrobec Foundation?

iGrobec Foundation is a youth-focused non-profit company founded under the umbrella of Soul Surgeon Psychotherapy. The name “iGrobec” represents growth, becoming, and empowerment—the core pillars of our mission to transform the lives of young people.

We exist to empower, educate, and equip young people with the tools they need to live purpose-driven lives. Through a combination of knowledge-sharing, skills development, entrepreneurial training, and emotional support, iGrobec creates safe and transformative spaces for youth to thrive—personally, socially, and economically.

At the heart of iGrobec is the belief that every young person holds potential for greatness. With the right support, access to wisdom, and practical resources, they can become resilient leaders, creators, and contributors to society.
